Eligibility

Anyone in an Appalachian Regional Commission-eligible county can participate

Focus Counties: Belmont, Gallia, Jackson, Pike, Scioto, Washington and Cabell (WV)

Entrepreneurs looking expand or start a business

Business owners that are socially or economically disadvantaged, women, or in a minority group are encouraged to sign up
